Welcome. I'm a historian of the Atlantic world, currently completing a dissertation examining creolization and colonization in the eighteenth-century southern Caribbean at the University of Chicago. 

My research has been supported by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada and the Quinn Foundation. During the 2012-13 academic year, I was a doctoral fellow at France's Institut National d'Etudes Demographiques.
